Our Technicians are courteous, clean, well trained and qualified to repair all residential and Light commercial equipment. After scheduling your service call with us our goal is to show up during the time that you were told , listen to your description of what happened, check the equipment and provide a diagnosis of your problem. After our diagnosis we will give an explanation of repairs needed and provide a cost from our flat rate price book . We believe that listening to our customers is the key to quickly diagnosing repairs or understanding any other problems that may be occurring with the system such as high energy bills, hot or cold spots in the living space, excessive dust, noisy equipment and air noise. This information helps us understand how well your system is functioning. Our goal is to provide solutions that will solve these issues at a fair and reasonable cost. Payments will be required upon completion of repairs unless authorized prior to service call. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
